For the 1996-97 football season, Bonnie-Jill was one of 1,300girls vying for one of only 13 available spots on "America's Sweethearts",otherwise known as the Dallas Cowboys cheerleading team - an intensetwo-week competition and tryouts - eventually becoming a member of therenowned squad.
