Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Victor Person Monday agreedwith Lopez's legal team that Noa is required to enter into arbitrationunder the terms of a previous lawsuit that was settled in October2005. Noa is furious about the decision, insisting he wants apublic trial. He told Judge Person, "Basically, they weretrying to damage my name and my career, now they want to go privatein arbitration." Both sides are due back in court on July30 to reveal the progress of arbitration.
